We have 2 types of contract, the UNLIMITED and LIMITED. The difference will be on the frequency of the visit allotted monthly. The contract can be customized as well, depending on your business requirements. Basically, it will include the below services:
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- DIAGNOSING all peripherals for errors related to hardware/ software (OS level) in laptops/ desktops/printers/routers/ switches/access points/ servers
- TROUBLESHOOTING errors related to hardware & software (OS level)
- FIXING of all other issues possible in our limits
- FORMATTING of desktops/laptops/servers
- INSTALLATION of drivers/free software/antivirus in laptops/desktops/servers
- BACKUP of data/email/files from desktops/ laptops/servers
- NETWORK performance related issues
- UNLIMITED Remote Support (Email, Telephonic, Remote Access Software)
